Biography :
My dissertation project, "Dangerous Pleasures: Literature, Secrecy, and Queer Expression," collects and interprets masses of literary and para-literary material on male homosexuality in eighteenth-century Britain. His case studies suggest fascinating connections between literary genre and the language of queer expression.
