Biography

I write poetry, fiction, and criticism. My creative work has appeared in a number of Canadian literary journals, and I have been a finalist for the CBC Poetry Prize and the Norma Epstein National Writing Award. In my academic work, I am interested in questions of form and style in contemporary literature, and especially in the functions, affordances, and potential shortcomings of experimentalism and hybridity.
